Juan and his crew great. We had old wall mount faucet that broke & kitchen sink backup. First company I called sent technician who gave a ridiculous quote. Juan had been recommended by neighbor. He came in that afternoon ,assessed problem & options & up provided us front quotes. Was able to troubleshot some issues due to age of house. Kept us well informed, was respectful of property and reasonably priced. I will definitely call Juan again & highly recommend.

WOW! Get ready to receive the disappointment of your life with these jerks! This is what a $16.6K plumbing job by Devon and his workers actually looks like! They have the money, so it's off their plate now! Out of sight out of mind! I had a complete exterior plumbing overhaul at my home as they finished around June 15, 2024! To this day, take a look at the yard, which they "ensured" me it would look like they were never there! I myself purchased 10 bags of dirt to fill in the void of exposed pipe and try to prevent a safety hazard from remaining in my yard and hurting my family or a neighbor or pet! Devon kept ensuring me, "they're on the way!" I've waited and waited as long as possible! The additional $340 for dirt and 10 more bags of top soil out of my own pocket helped with the void, as you can see but didn't fix the problem! I would've paid $10K more to another company to get the satisfaction of receiving the services as agreed upon, quoted, and by the contract signed! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DON'T USE THESE GUYS! READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND SEE ABOUT THE REAL BUSINESS OWNERS AND WORKERS! PATHETIC THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!!!!

I used True Blue in June of 2024 and was quite pleased with the plumber's quality service and speed on a Saturday morning. However, when I called them in early February 2025 for a simple outside water spigot fix or replace, a different plumber (Devin) came and gave just two commercial (not residential) spigot options as replacements. The total cost was $492 for parts & labor. I needed functional, not fancy, so I overpaid for the fix.

The owner and his protégé were phenomenal. On Sunday, we had a major plumbing problem. We scheduled an appointment and the staff (Robert), professionally resolved our plumbing leak.True Blue, THANK YOU!!!

I called True Blue for a big job because we had used them before to unclog the drain or when it gotten backed up. I liked that they were a family owned business so they were the first ones I called. Devin had come out and snaked the drain. Informed us that the main drain had collapsed and essentially everything was going to need to be replaced. He gave us several options which we liked and asked for seperate quotes for each option. I paid him for his services for that day and he told me he would have the estimates for the larger repairs to me that evening. The next day rolls around and I had not received the estimates and my drain had already backed up again. I tried calling him for 2 days with no answer. No returned phone calls after leaving messaged. My husband and I both tried to call. And ultimately we never heard back from him and had to end up going elsewhere. Devin was really nice and informative while he was in my home but unfortunately, he stopped all contact with us when I really needed someone to come out. We couldn't use the toilet, the shower, the laundry..... nothing. And I was urgently trying to find someone to fix this big problem. To me that was terrible practice and customer service. I will never use true blue again.

A few years ago we had new toilets purchased through Home Depot which were installed efficiently and professionally by True Blue. So when our kitchen sink was backing up, we called for service. We weren’t able to leave a message so sent a text. Devin responded and said he would follow up, which he did the next day. After installing an air admittance valve, running a cable to clear the drain and repairing a minor leaky BR faucet ($290.67 for the faucet alone), the faucet gushed instead of dripped. Devin returned after four days to correct his mistake, and when asked if the kitchen drain sounded right, he said it did. But after three weeks, it was backing up worse than before, and we were unable to use the sink at all. So we called, explained the issue and were told someone would come between 1 and 5. No one showed up or called, so we called the next day and left a message but never heard from anyone again. Thankfully we found a plumbing company who actually answered the phone, made an appointment which they kept and successfully cleared the clog for significantly less than the True Blue charge. Beware! Wishing we had read these reviews first!

Tried for 8 months to get $250 refund which was promised each time I called about the outrageous fee I gave 5 stars for service 1 star for being honest.. to be clear. I waited 8 months before I gave this updated result

These guys weren’t the cheapest but they did amazing quality work. They also weren’t the most expensive. Was a good group who came out fixed a main water line into the house. Took them all day but the quality of work was worth it.
